Norrell Engineering was founded by Juan Martinez, a
Mechanical Engineer with more than 21 years of experience developing commercial food equipment and mechanical systems. Throughout his career, Juan has helped manufacturers and restaurant brands transform ideas into production-ready products through engineering design, prototyping, manufacturing optimization, and compliance-ready development. His experience includes projects supporting industry-leading organizations such as In-N-Out Burger, Taco Bell, Del Taco, Jade Range, Proluxe, and American Range. What sets Norrell Engineering apart is a practical, hands-on approach that combines engineering, manufacturing, and product development to help reduce risk, improve manufacturability, and bring better products to market.
